At The Esplanade at Palisades, the challenging needs of our residents with Alzheimer's disease and related memory impairments are met with the Hearthstone Program. Located in a separate wing of The Esplanade, the program meets these needs with a safe and supportive living environment that provides the one-on-one attention critical to maintaining and monitoring cognitive abilities.

The familiar home-like setting, regular daily routines and friendly assistance of staff 24 hours a day offer each Dementia Care resident the highest possible level of independence.
